You withdraw to your own address on the same network, by hand or automatically: when your balance reaches an amount you choose, or once a day or a week. A withdrawal's fee is shown before you confirm; if sending it would cost more than that, it is not sent and the amount and fee go back to your balance.

Questions

Are there monthly fees?

No. You pay 0.5% of the payments you receive, and a fee on each withdrawal that covers its network cost. Signing up, invoices, the API, webhooks and test mode cost nothing.

Is the fee taken from every payment, even a small one?

Yes. 0.5% of each payment is taken as it is credited to your balance. A payment of 100.00 USDT puts 99.50 USDT in your balance.

Who pays the network fee when a customer pays?

The customer. Their wallet adds it when they send, on top of the invoice amount.

What does a withdrawal cost?

A fee in the coin you withdraw, shown before you confirm. It covers every network cost of the withdrawal, including any transaction needed to bring your coins together first. Through the API, pass the quoted fee as maxFee: if the fee has gone up in the meantime, the withdrawal is refused with 409 fee_changed and nothing is taken.

Does a fee change touch invoices I already made?

No. Each invoice keeps the fee that was in force when it was created.

Can I be paid out in dollars?

No. You withdraw the coin you were paid in, to your own address on the same network. There are no bank payouts and no conversion between coins.

Can I try it without paying anything?

Yes. Add "test": true when you create an invoice and simulate the payment. No money moves, the same signed webhooks arrive, and test invoices cost nothing: up to 500 a day per merchant.
