Questions people ask about CoinsFlow

Fees, coins, sign-up, payments and withdrawals, in short answers.

The basics

What is CoinsFlow?

A hosted crypto payment gateway. You make an invoice, through the API or in the dashboard. Your customer pays it on our payment page from any wallet. You are told by a signed webhook and by email, the money is in your CoinsFlow balance, and you withdraw it to your own wallet.

What does it cost?

You pay 0.5% of each payment you receive, taken as it is credited. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. A withdrawal pays a fee in the coin that covers its network cost, shown before you confirm. Your customer pays the network fee for sending.

Which coins and networks can I accept?

Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ether (ETH) and BNB, and the stablecoins USDT and USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) and on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). TRON is in the API but paused for now.

What is not supported?

Other coins and networks, such as Solana, Monero, XRP and Dogecoin. Bitcoin Lightning is planned, with no date yet. There are no card payments, no payouts in dollars or any other money, no conversion between coins and no shop plugins.

Who is it for?

Anyone who sells online and wants to be paid in crypto, through an API or by sending a link. It suits sellers who take many small payments, such as Discord bot shops, game-server stores and sellers of digital goods: Litecoin counts as paid at the first confirmation, and the smallest Litecoin withdrawal is 0.0001 LTC.

Getting started

What do I need to sign up?

An email address and a password: you confirm the address from the link we send to it. Or use your Google account. We may ask for information about you, your business and your customers to meet our legal obligations (Terms, section 6).

Do I need to write code?

No. Make an invoice in the dashboard and send its link, in a chat, a ticket or an email. The API is there when you want your shop or bot to do it by itself.

Is there a plugin for WooCommerce or Shopify?

No. The API is plain HTTPS and JSON, described in an OpenAPI 3.1 file, and needs no SDK.

Can I test without real crypto?

Yes. Add "test": true when you create an invoice, then simulate it paid, underpaid, overpaid or expired. The same signed webhooks are sent, marked as test, and no money moves. Up to 500 test invoices a day per merchant.

Are there limits?

Up to 120 invoices a minute per merchant and 240 per account, and 10,000 waiting to be paid at once per account. Test invoices: 500 a day per merchant.

Payments

How fast does a payment count?

Bitcoin and Litecoin payments show up seconds after they are sent and count as paid at the first confirmation, whatever the amount: about 10 minutes on Bitcoin, about 2.5 on Litecoin. You can withdraw them at once. On BNB Smart Chain a payment is paid about 15 seconds after it is sent, on Ethereum after about 2.5 minutes.

Can my customer choose the coin?

Yes. Price the invoice in dollars and leave the coin out: the payment page asks your customer which coin, and for USDT or USDC which network. A pay-what-you-want invoice works the same way.

What if a customer pays too little or too much?

Within 0.5% it counts as paid. If less arrives, your customer can send the rest to the same address, or you can accept what came as payment in full. If more arrives, all of it is credited to you.

How long can a customer take to pay?

An invoice stays open 3 days by default, and up to 7. One priced in dollars follows the price once an hour until it is paid. A payment that arrives after the invoice expired is still credited to you.

Can a customer pay from a CoinsFlow balance?

Yes. A customer who holds a CoinsFlow balance in the same coin on the same network can pay from it on the payment page, confirmed with their password. This is Pay with CoinsFlow: the invoice is settled at once, with no blockchain transaction.

How do I know a payment arrived?

Your server gets a signed webhook (HMAC-SHA256) when an invoice is paid, and for any other change you choose, sent again if it does not answer. You can also get an email, and every payment is in the dashboard from the moment it is seen.

Your money

Who holds the money?

We do, until you withdraw it. Payments are credited to your CoinsFlow balance, held in wallets we control and recorded in a double-entry ledger. You withdraw to your own address, by hand or automatically: when the balance reaches an amount you choose, or once a day or a week.

How do I withdraw?

To an address of your own on the same network, from the dashboard or the API. The fee is shown in the coin before you confirm. The smallest withdrawal is 0.00001 BTC, 0.0001 LTC, 0.0002 ETH, 0.0005 BNB, 1 USDT or 1 USDC.

Can I be paid out in dollars?

No. You withdraw the coin you were paid in. There are no bank payouts and no conversion between coins.

CoinsFlow

Is coinsflow.net the same service?

Yes. CoinsFlow began in April 2026 as coinsflow.net and moved to coinsflow.app on 12 October 2026. Accounts, balances and API keys came with it, and the old API at api.coinsflow.net still answers with the same keys.

Where do I get help?

Use the chat at the bottom of every page, or write to support@coinsflow.app. The state of every network and service is live on the status page, with 90 days of history.
